Hanson Hardhat Customization Hanson has been pad printing logos on customer hats and caps for over 20 years. We use the latest technology available to print clear, crisp logos in up to eight different colors per logo and up to eight different locations around the cap. Our standard pricing includes a 2 color imprint in one location. Additional colors and locations are availible for a nominal charge.
Why should your company have Hanson pad print your company logo or safety slogan, and apply striping?
Pad printed logos are permanent and will not peel, crack, or fade like a decal or sticker (or get dirt and grime built up around peeled edges).
Hanson pre-treats pad printed and striped caps to draw out any oils and gases that may be present in the plastic. This must be done immediately before logos are applied to be effective. This ensures that the print adheres and that no "bubbling" will occur later in the life of the product.
Our printing technicians are professional and ensure a quality, consistent look on all hats and caps.
Hanson performs all work in house; thus reducing cost, labor, and time.
We do not have any set-up charges, artwork charges, or proofing charges for decorated hard hats and caps.
